Manual osteopathy includes a variety of techniques such as joint mobilization, cranial sacral therapy, fascia stretching and mobilizing, visceral (organs) manipulations, manual lymphatic therapy, and muscle energy techniques. These techniques can be used to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and promote balance in the body. Manual osteopathy can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, and headaches. By improving the body’s alignment and restoring balance, manual osteopathy can help to reduce pain and improve overall health. **Please note, first time appointments should be 60 minutes in length**

Jeannette has been a massage therapist since 2000. In February 2002 she took her first level of CranioSacral Therapy and her whole scope of practice changed. She has been impressed by the results that she has experienced with CranioSacral, as well as those that her patients have experienced. She finds it incredibly inspiring to be able to assist people as they allow their bodies to heal.

Jeannette has her Advanced CranioSacral Therapy. She has also studied pediatrics, obstetrics, chronic depletion, multiple brain courses, as well as many other complementary courses.She has found that the more we understand and heal ourselves, the more capable we are of treating others.
